Google Professional Training comes to Maryville

Grow with Google's Professional Trainer Program workshop is coming to Maryville tomorrow.

Enterprise Facilitator with Northwest Missouri Enterprise Facilitation, Kelly Morris, says that CEO Bryan Caplan will speak at The Bridge, about increasing the visibility of businesses in Google's search results.

"What the event is about is really making sure that you can be found as a business owner on Google searches.  So he's going to kind of walk through, making sure that you have your Google business page set up correctly and how it can all tie to websites and your Facebook accounts and other social media platforms."

Morris says that cultivating an online presence can sometimes be a struggle for small business owners.

"Sometimes it's an overwhelming process and taxed to some of our business owners.  So this is going to be an entry level conversation, but it's a great one.  I even learned a lot when I listened to him when he was in St. Joseph."
